The police have published details about last night's event in the Astiri area of ??the capital, where Amarildo Hoxallari was killed.

The blue uniforms indicate that DK, 25 years old, is charged with the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder" and "Unauthorized manufacture, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons". 

AM, 33 years old, was also arrested by the police for the criminal offense "Irregular driving". The latter was the driver of the motor vehicle in which the 34-year-old man who died was. 

Police notification:

Specialists of the Serious Crimes Investigation Sector arrested the citizen DK, 25 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offenses of "Deliberate murder" and "Unauthorized production, possession, purchase or sale of cold weapons", provided for by articles 76 and 279 of the Criminal Code, and the citizen AM, 33 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense "Driving vehicles in an irregular manner", provided by article 291 of the Criminal Code. 

Citizen DK, yesterday, in New Ring Road, hit citizen AH, 34 years old, with a cutting tool, who as a result of his injuries died in the hospital, while citizen AM, the driver of the motorcycle where the 34-year-old was died, it turned out that he was driving the motor vehicle in a drunken state./CNA
