The testimony of the 25-year-old man with the initials DK, who allegedly killed Amarildo Hoxhallar with a knife, is cleared. 

The serious incident happened in Astir during a fight for weak motives, where it is suspected that the victim harassed the 25-year-old's fiancee. The 34-year-old was killed after receiving 4 stab wounds to the body (two in the chest and two in the leg). 

In his testimony, the 25-year-old confessed and insisted that it was the harassment that Hoxallari did to his fiancee, which denigrated the situation and led to the serious incident.

"I took my fiancee to the parking lot and went up to the house. When I went out to the balcony, I saw that a motorcycle was following him and the person was talking while following the car. I spoke to him from the balcony and then came down. There, Amarildo Hoxallari insulted me and physically hit me. After the collision with him, at one point I hit him with the knife I had taken from the house, in a fit of rage. It was a fight of the moment and not premeditated, I had no intention of killing him", he testified, among other things, defending himself.

The police arrested him minutes after the crime and seized items as material evidence, while the case is being pursued by the Prosecutor's Office. The young man is accused of "intentional murder" and "unauthorized production, possession or sale of cold weapons"./CNA
