The murder of businessmen in Laç/Appeal upholds the decision for two of the perpetrators

The Court of Appeal has upheld the decision of the Kurbini court, which sentenced Eduart Lamajn to life imprisonment.

Eduart Lamaj is one of the perpetrators of the murder of Bujar Lika and Paulin Gjergji, a murder committed in Gjorm i Kurbini in May 2020.

The decision for Ilir Lika, who was sentenced to 33 years in prison, was also upheld.

Lika and Lamaj are accused of the criminal offense of murder committed in cooperation and possession of weapons without a permit.

The prosecution claimed in its claim that Eduard Lamaj and Ilir Lika collaborated together with two other people for the murder of Bujar Lika and Paulin Gjergjit.
