The Durrës police have revealed 7 thefts committed during one year in the coastal city. He put 3 people in handcuffs for these thefts.

It is about citizens with initials I. Sh., 26 years old, AR, 32 years old and AN, 55 years old, all three residents of Durrës.

The 3 arrested persons used ladders and ropes to climb the floors of the buildings, where they stole significant amounts of money, gold jewelry and other accessories.

They acted as a group and kept watch on the apartments of businessmen and citizens with public functions, so that they could carry out the thefts when there were no people in these apartments.

During the operation, the Blues seized about 115 thousand ALL, jewelry and other stolen accessories, as well as clothing used by the perpetrators during the thefts, 2 mobile phones and 3 vehicles.

Thefts committed:

-on 05.06.2023, they stole 3 bags and 3,000 euros from the residence of the citizen VP (with the duty of judge);

-on 16.10.2022, in the residence of citizen NR, they stole 40,000 ALL and 2 pieces of gold jewelry;

- on 21.01.2023, they stole 11,000 euros and jewelry worth 5,000 euros in the apartment of AL citizen;

- on 09.05.2023, in the residence of the SA citizen, they stole 1,000,000 ALL and jewelry worth 200,000 ALL;

-on 15.07.2023, in the residence of citizen Y. Ç., they stole 4000 euros and 150,000 ALL;

-on 31.08.2023, in the residence of the citizen EK, they stole 1500 euros;

- on 30.09.2023, in the residence of citizen AS, they stole 100,000 ALL and gold jewelry./ CNA
