Policia e Shtetit dhe SPAK kanë kryer një megaoperacion antidrogë ku në pranga ka rënë dhe shefi i komisariati të Laçit, Dritan Metaj.

Dritan Metaj është arrestuar për veprat penale “Trafikimi i narkotikëve”, kryer në bashkëpunim në kuadër të grupit të strukturuar kriminal, “Grupi i strukturuar kriminal” dhe “Kryerja e veprave penale nga organizata krimianle  dhe grupi i strukturuar kriminal”.

Sipas kreut të Policisë së Shtetit, Muhamet Rrumbullaku, Dritan Meta, ishte mbështetës i grupit kriminal, dhe trafikantëve të drogës të cilët janë shpallur në kërkim nga autoritetet.

Nga megaoperacioni u sekuestruan rreth 23 kilogramë lëndë narkotike si dhe shuma të mëdha parash.

Sipas policisë, droga po shkëmbehej në jug perëndim, ndërsa janë shoqëruar dhe arrestuar 4 shtetas shqiptarë dhe 2 shtetas ukrainas./ CNA
