The Tirana police have arrested the 54-year-old with the initials IM, after embezzling sums of money through fraud, using forged documents. 

During the action, the police seized documents, which the 54-year-old used to deceive businessmen. 

Police Notification: 

Tirana/Finalized by Police Station No. 4, in cooperation with the Section of Economic and Financial Crime in DVP Tirana, the coded police operation "Mandati".

He embezzled various sums of money, through fraud, with suspected falsified documents, the 54-year-old was put in handcuffs. Various suspected forged documents (mandates) are seized.

Services of Police Station No. 4, in cooperation with the Section of Economic and Financial Crime in DVP Tirana, following the work to attack criminal activities and bring to the fore the legal responsibility of the citizens who commit them, in the direction of the Prosecution at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction Tirana, based on the reports filed for a citizen who fraudulently embezzled various amounts of money from several entities, organized and finalized the police operation coded "Mandati".

As a result of this operation, the citizen IM, 54 years old, resident of Tirana, previously convicted for fraud, was arrested.

This citizen, through fraud, presenting suspected forged documents (mandates), has appropriated different amounts of money from different businessmen.

As material evidence, documents (mandates) were seized, which the 54-year-old used for the fraud scheme.
 The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for further actions. / CNA
