The police of Vlora were able to stop a criminal event and in its coded action Knock Out 3, caught the 51-year-old PN citizen red-handed.

The 51-year-old, a resident of Lezhë, had hidden 4 C4 explosive mines in the dashboard of the car he was driving.

The 4 remote-controlled mines, with C4 explosives, were programmed for remote detonation (equipped with a mobile device and detonator capsules), which were suspected to be used to commit serious criminal events.

As can be seen from the video footage, he was immediately identified and surrounded by the police and handcuffed.

In the meantime, the police informs that in-depth investigative actions are continuing, under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Vlora, to legally document the intention of the PN citizen.
