A 31-year-old published a video on the social network "TikTok", where he filmed himself smoking cigarettes with cannabis, while also giving it to a minor.

Immediately after the publication of the video, the police started verifications and identified the young man as the citizen with the initials GA (K.), 31 years old, a resident of Patok i Kurbin.

Following the procedural actions, the narcotics investigation specialists of the Lezhë Local Police Department arrested the 31-year-old in the act.

The latter is charged with the criminal offense of "Encouraging the use of drugs".

The Lezhë Local Police Directorate invites citizens to report any case of abuse against minors or students and anyone who tries to encourage children to use narcotics or involve them in other criminal acts, guaranteeing full anonymity and immediate response./ CNA
