Policia e Elbasanit vijon me goditjen e rasteve të armëmbajtjes pa leje.Së fundi gjatë një kontrolli ka vënë në pranga një shtetas me inicialet S.F, 20-vjeç , i cili qarkullonte me kallashnikov pa leje.

“Specialistët e Seksionit për Hetimin e Narkotikëve dhe ata të Forcës së Posaçme Operacionale, të DVP Elbasan, në vijim të kontrollit permanent të territorit, për garantimin e rendit dhe sigurisë publike, kanë siguruar informacione se një shtetas lëvizte në fshatin Qukës, me armë zjarri me vete.

Në bazë të këtyre informacioneve, në bashkëpunim me shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Elbasan, është organizuar dhe finalizuar operacioni policor i koduar "Bushtrica", si rezultat i të cilit, është kapur dhe arrestuar në flagrancë shtetasi S. F., 20 vjeç, banues në fshatin Qukës.

Nga kontrolli në çantën e këtij shtetasi, shërbimet e Policisë gjetën dhe sekuestruan me cilësinë e provës materiale, 1 armë zjarri kallashnikov dhe municion luftarak për të.

Në bashkëpunim me Prokurorinë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Elbasan, vijojnë hetimet për zbardhjen e rrethanave të këtij rasti dhe të qëllimit të këtij shtetasi.
