I hoqi lirinë një 17-vjeçareje dhe ushtroi dhunë ndaj saj, kapet dhe vihet në pranga autori i dyshuar.

Shërbimet e Komisariatit të Policisë Nr. 6, pas njoftimit të marrë se një shtetas i kishte hequr lirinë për disa orë, si dhe kishte ushtruar dhunë ndaj një 17-vjeçareje, menjëherë kanë organizuar punën për kapjen e autorit të dyshuar dhe vënien e tij përpara përgjegjësisë ligjore.

Si rezultat i veprimeve të shpejta të shërbimeve të Policisë, është kapur në Xhafzotaj, dhe vënë në pranga autori i dyshuar, shtetasi B. Ll., 23 vjeç, banues në Xhafzotaj, Durrës.

Nga veprimet hetimore dyshohet se 23-vjeçari, ka marrë me forcë në automjetin e tij duke i hequr lirinë për disa orë, si dhe ka ushtruar dhunë ndaj të dashurës së tij 17-vjeçare.

Materialet procedurale i kaluan Prokurorisë pranë Gjykatës së Shkallës së Parë të Juridiksionit të Përgjithshëm Tiranë, për veprime të mëtejshme.
