The police announced this evening that they had arrested a 31-year-old man, who had given cigarettes with cannabis to a minor and had published the video on "TikTok".

The Minister of the Interior, Taulant Balla, reacted harshly to this event. The minister writes on social networks that the video is scandalous.

He says that as soon as he saw him, he contacted the General Director of the State Police, Muhamet Rrumbullak, so that the young man could be punished according to the law.

"Good evening,

I became aware this afternoon of a scandalous video where an irresponsible person appears to offer a cigarette (suspected hashish) to a minor. I immediately asked the General Director of the State Police to identify this person and then the Police made it possible to arrest him immediately and accompany him to the Kurbin Police Station, accused of encouraging the use of narcotics under aggravating circumstances," he writes.
