Citizen AH, 49 years old, resident of Dibër, and MH, 23 years old, scratched the vehicle driven by citizen E. Sh., 28 years old.

Sh., 28 years old , resident in Tirana. After the two vehicles were scratched, the two parties came out arguing and punched each other. As a result of the blows, they received minor injuries.
