Citizen AH, 49 years old, resident of Dibër, and MH, 23 years old, scratched the vehicle driven by citizen E. Sh., 28 years old.

Today, around 6:45 p.m., near the Zog te Zi roundabout, citizen AH, 49 years old, resident of Dibër, and MH, 23 years old, resident of Tirana, scratched the vehicle driven by citizen E. Sh., 28 years old , resident in Tirana. After the two vehicles were scratched, the two parties came out arguing and punched each other. As a result of the blows, they received minor injuries.
