The hearing for the Elbasan incinerator is postponed again/ The court cannot find Jonida Zeqo

The next court hearing for the Elbasan incinerator was scheduled for today.

But it is learned that the session has been postponed again. The next session is expected to take place at 9:30 a.m. on April 20.

The reason is the lack of official notification of Jonida Zeqos, member of the Bid Evaluation Commission.

Despite the fact that Zeqo is under 'house arrest', for the second time the authorities do not find her at the relevant address made known by her.

In the meantime, we remind you that this is not the first time that the court session for the Elbasan incinerator has been postponed.

SPAK has taken 2 companies under trial, the company "Albtek Energy" sh.pk and the company "Integrated Technology Services" sh.pk
