Caught red-handed with narcotics/ 25-year-old arrested in Tirana

Police Station No. 6 investigates a case of selling doses of Cannabis.

A 25-year-old man was arrested after being caught red-handed with a quantity of cannabis, which he was possessing with the intention of selling in doses, in Kombinat.

The quantity of narcotics and the vehicle used by the 25-year-old for this criminal activity were seized.

As part of the successive crackdowns against criminal activities in the field of narcotics and based on information provided by police intelligence, the services of Police Commissariat No. 6 have cracked down on a case of sale of narcotics, in doses.

In this case, in collaboration with specialists from the Narcotics Investigation Section, citizen A. Gj., 25 years old, resident of Kamëz, was arrested in flagrante delicto for the criminal offense of "Production and sale of narcotics".

Police services have stopped the vehicle driven by citizen A. Gj. on "Shaban Bardhoshi" street, in which, during the search, 170 grams of the suspected narcotic substance Cannabis Sativa were found.

Investigations suspect that this citizen obtained quantities of cannabis, divided it into doses in his apartment, and sold them in various areas of the Complex.

The procedural materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office for further action. /CNA
