He raped and threatened his wife/ The 40-year-old man is arrested

Police officers have arrested a 40-year-old man, a resident of Kamza, after he had abused his wife and threatened her.

AM, 40, was arrested in flagrante delicto after police received information that a person had raped and threatened his wife.

During the search of the apartment, firearms and a quantity of combat ammunition were found and seized.

As a result of timely intervention and professional actions by the Police services, a potential criminal incident in the family, in Kamëz, was prevented. He was exercising violence against his wife and threatening her with a firearm, and the 40-year-old was arrested in flagrante delicto.   

1 firearm, a pistol and combat ammunition, which were found during the search in the 40-year-old's apartment, were seized. The services of the Serious Crimes Sector, in cooperation with the services of the Police Commissariat No. 5 and the "Eagle" Special Force, after receiving a report that a citizen had raped his wife and threatened her with a firearm, immediately organized work to prevent a possible criminal incident. 

As a result of the rapid and professional intervention of the Police services, within the framework of the police operation codenamed "Reaction", citizen AM, 40 years old, resident of Kamëz, was arrested in flagrante delicto. During the search of the 40-year-old's apartment, the Police services found and seized the firearm, the pistol with which he threatened his wife, and a quantity of combat ammunition, which were seized as material evidence.  

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office for further action.
