Trafficking narcotics through the postal service/ 23-year-old arrested in Tirana

The police operation codenamed "Package 2" continues, against the criminal activity of drug trafficking through the postal service.

The person ordering the package containing approximately 1.07 kilograms of Cannabis is located, apprehended, and placed in custody.

The Road Traffic Services in cooperation with the Narcotics Section, following the police operation "Package 2", as a result of checks supported by police intelligence, located, captured and detained citizen GP, ??23 years old, resident of Tirana.

This citizen is suspected of having ordered a package containing approximately 1.07 kilograms of Cannabis, trafficked from the USA. The package was received by 19-year-old M. H, arrested 3 days ago, also within the framework of this operation.

The procedural materials were referred to the Tirana Prosecutor's Office for further action./CNA
