Trafficked cocaine and laundered money/ 23-year-old Albanian arrested in Switzerland

A 23-year-old Albanian man was arrested in Bellinzona, Switzerland, on charges of violating federal narcotics law.

During a search of his rooms, several dozen grams of cocaine were found, along with a thousand francs and several hundred euros.

As Swiss media report, the arrest was carried out as part of an investigation in collaboration with the anti-drug services of the Bellinzona Municipal Police.

According to the police and the public prosecutor's office, the young man is suspected of being involved in drug trafficking to domestic clients. He is also accused of money laundering and violating the federal law on foreigners. His arrest has now been confirmed by the judge responsible for the enforcement measures./CNA
