The descendants of Drande Hoti claim that the real estate of this citizen, with an area of ??39 hectares in the village of Pulaj, municipality of Velipojë, was illegally alienated and taken by citizens Pëllumb Gjoka in cooperation with other persons, including officials.

It would be precisely this episode of the alienation of such a piece of property, which, according to the Special Prosecutor's Office, would bring the discovery of the criminal activity of Pëllumb Gjoka, but also of other persons who cooperated with him.

For this matter, SPAK launched an investigation into Pëllumb Gjoka and the organized criminal group that was hiding behind him.

But from SPAK's investigations and interceptions, it appears that Pëllumb Gjoka is also involved in the murder of Gjin Boriçi.

According to the wiretapping revealed by SPAK, thanks to the conversations carried out in the SKY ECC application, the participants in this crime are Pëllumb Gjoka, who in these conversations bears the pseudonym 'Kolombo'.
