Seras with drugs/ 57 officers and leaders of the Berat Police under investigation

Four greenhouses, with an area of ??2 hectares each, had been turned into drug silos in Berat.

During a police operation, a few days ago, about 870 kg of drugs were found that were being processed and several people were arrested as organizers of this illegal activity.

In connection with the cultivation of narcotics, it is suspected that there were also police officers.

It is reported that 57 members of DVP Berat, among them senior leaders, are under investigation for the drugs found in the greenhouses of the village of Drenovicë.

Suspicions have been raised that the drug was not planted in greenhouses, but in the mountains of Skrapar and in the greenhouses of Kutallia and had arrived for packing and packaging. /CNA.al
