Vrau ish-kunatin/ 30 vite burg për autorin, kërcënon babai i viktimës

30 vite burg ka dhënë Gjykata e Lezhës për Albert Kacën.

Ky dënim është dhënë për një ngjarje që ka ndodhur në vitin 2019, në ishull-Lezhë,kur Kaca përplasi me makinë ish-kunatin e tij.

Kaca akuzohet për veprën "Vrasje e kryer brenda rrethit familjar".

Vendimi është dhënë në mungesë nga trupa gjykuese e kryesuar nga gjyqtari Artan Hajredinaj, ndërsa prokuroria kishte kërkuar dënimin e të pandehurit me 35-vite burg.

Por, Babai i viktimës Preng Mena nuk është pajtuar me këtë vendim Gjykate.

Ai ka paralajmëruar se do ta ankimojë vendimin në Gjykatën e Apelit në Shkodër.

Për më tepër ai ka lëshuar akuza ndaj policisë dhe prokurorisë, pasi sipas tij kanë fshehur provat.

Ai kërcënon me vetëgjyqësi nëse nuk do ndëshkohen dhe tre personat e tjerë që sipas tij janë bashkëpunëtor në vrasjen e djalit të tij Ylli Mena./CNA.al
