Kidnapped and burned alive 2 young men in 1997, the Prosecutor's Office of Berat wants 25 years in prison for Benjamin Hajron.

Notice of the Prosecution: 

The Berat Prosecutor's Office requests 25 years in prison for the BH citizen, for 'premeditated murder' against two people in 1997

The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of Berat General Jurisdiction, at the end of the investigation, requests the guilty declaration of the defendant BH, for committing the criminal offense "Premeditated murder", carried out in cooperation provided by articles 78/1 and 25 of the Code Criminal against the victims EP and AA, in 1997 and his sentence of 25 years in prison.

In the context of criminal proceedings no. 175 for the murder of two citizens on 03.06.1997, at the end of the judicial review, after the complete analysis of the data and evidence received, there is sufficient evidence that the defendant BH committed the criminal offense for which he was accused.

The investigation showed that the defendant, a BH citizen, in cooperation with other unidentified persons, after kidnapping the victims EP and AA, put them in a garage and tortured them by hitting them with strong tools, firearms and burning them alive, thus causing their death. After the torture, the perpetrators dragged the bodies of the victims by car into the city.

The prosecution proved that the defendant BH acted in cooperation with other unidentified persons for the commission of the criminal offense "Premeditated murder", committed in cooperation (twice), provided by articles 78/1 and 25 of the Criminal Code and committed the criminal offense being in the role of organizer and executor.

As above, it was concluded that the BH citizen, with his illegal actions, has consumed all the elements of the criminal offense of "Premeditated murder", provided for by Article 78/1 of the Criminal Code.
