He paid to kill Inez Hajrulla in Vlora/ Leonard Luzi is extradited from Spain

The citizen LL alias LS is extradited from Spain, who is accused by the GjKKO of organizing the murder of 2 citizens in Vlora (a crime prevented as a result of the intervention of the Police).

The citizen LL alias LS, was arrested in Spain, during the coded operation "Recruiter".

As a result of the cooperation between the authorities of Albania and Spain, in implementation of the extradition agreement, the citizen LL alias LS, 47 years old, born in Vlora, was extradited from Spain.

The Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime has assigned this citizen the security measure "Arrest in prison", for the criminal offenses "Providing the conditions and material means to commit murder" and "Holding without permission and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", carried out in collaboration in the form of a structured criminal group.

The 47-year-old is accused of having organized the murder of EM and IH citizens in cooperation with other members of the criminal group.

This crime was prevented by the Police, as the citizen AN was arrested before committing the murders.

At the time of the arrest, the AN citizen was seized with a pistol with a cartridge in the magazine, ready to fire.
