"1. The applicant Nezar Seiti on 31.10.2024 submitted to the Court the request with

object: "Replacement of the insurance measure".

2. At the end of the trial, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and

Organized Crime with a panel composed of judges Elsa Ulliri, Rudina Palloj

and Luljeta Kole, based on Article 260 of the Penal Code, with decision No. 620, date

07.11.2024, decided:

1. Dismissal of the request.

2. Court costs not incurred.

3. An appeal can be made against this decision in the Special Court of Appeal for

Corruption and Organized Crime within 5 days starting this term from e
