The Court of Appeal leaves the two directors of Veliaj in prison

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime has left the two former directors of the municipality of Tirana, Redi Molla and Mariglen Qato, in prison.

The Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, with a monocratic panel composed of judge Nertina Kosova, today on 07.11.2024, announced the decision on criminal case no. 58 act, date 11.11.2024 registration, returned for re-examination with another panel of judges by the Supreme Court, after the annulment of decision no. 18, dated 03.05.2024 of the Special Court of Appeal for Corruption and Organized Crime, for persons under investigation RM and MQ, in matters of personal security measures, and decided:
