The police informs that they have handcuffed the 29-year-old with the initials L.Dh, after he injured a 19-year-old with a knife for weak motives.

The author was arrested yesterday evening for the criminal offense "Deliberate serious injury".

The 19-year-old was transported to the Trauma hospital in Tirana, where he is currently in a serious state of health.
