"Domestic violence" breaks out in Korçë/ the 43-year-old injures his sister

The police in Korçë have criminally prosecuted the ES citizen, 43 years old, for the crime of domestic violence.

This citizen, during a momentary conflict, hit his sister with a cutting tool, causing a superficial injury.

The police have issued a protection order against the citizen.

" Also, these structures referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office and started the criminal proceedings in a free state for the ES citizen, 43 years old, resident in Korça, for the criminal offense of "Domestic Violence". This citizen, after a momentary conflict in the apartment, hit his sister on the leg with a cutting tool, causing a superficial injury. Following the actions, a request-lawsuit was filed for this citizen for the immediate issuance of the protection order," the police informs./ CNA.al
