The General Directorate of Prisons has provided details of the escape plan of the murderer of women, Dan Hutra.

According to her, Hutra cooperated to implement this plan with 3 detained persons.

It is about citizens Martin Kapllani, Geraldo Veizaj and Feti Kovaçi.

The aforementioned persons and Dan Hutra had started cutting the window frame with improvised tools.

The tools were found by security workers in room no. 15, where the murderer of women lay, together with a sheet framed as a rope.

Today, on 04.01.2024, around 11:25, in IEVP Fier, as a result of following, surveillance, control and the use of technical tools for several weeks by the prison staff, he was caught red-handed trying to escape from the prisoner with dangerousness and criminal history, Dan Riza Hutra (author of several murders).

The criminal plan to escape from the prison was coordinated and in cooperation with three other detainees. In the room where they were accommodated, the detainees had started cutting the window frame with improvised tools.

During the check by the security staff, it was found that in room no. 15, where the high-risk prisoner, Dan Riza Hutra, was housed, escape tools were hidden, specifically: a sheet adapted as a rope and improvised cutting tools. Preliminary data indicate cooperation between the four prisoners, security breaches and escape attempts.
