Parking lot injury in Shëngjin/ Suspected perpetrator arrested, son also

A citizen was hit with hard objects during a conflict over a parking space in Shëngjin, the suspected perpetrator was arrested, and his son was also prosecuted.

The Lezha DVP operational room has received a report of a conflict on Kunës Street, Shëngjin, as a result of which citizen FP, 50 years old, born and residing in Lezha, was injured.

Upon receiving the notification, work was immediately organized to identify and capture the perpetrators.

Thanks to the rapid response of the operational services of the Lezha Police Department, the Lezha Police Commissariat, the "Eagle" Special Force and those of the Traffic Police, about 1 hour after the incident, in Fushë-Milot it was possible to stop the vehicle in which the two suspected perpetrators were traveling, namely citizens F. D, 67 years old and E. D, alias ED, 40 years old (father and son).

From the first investigative actions, it is suspected that the conflict between the perpetrators and the injured party started for weak motives, and then one of the perpetrators, specifically citizen FD, 67 years old, is suspected of hitting citizen F. P on the head with a hard object during the conflict, causing serious injuries and then leaving the scene.

At the conclusion of the first investigative actions, citizen FD, aged 67, was arrested in flagrante delicto, and citizen E. D, aged 40, was prosecuted as a suspect for committing the criminal offense of "Intentional serious injury", committed in collaboration.

The investigative materials will be referred to the Prosecutor 's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction of Lezha, for further investigations./CNA
