Most wanted man with dual identities extradited from Italy

Following the close cooperation of Interpol Tirana specialists with their counterparts from Interpol Rome, within the framework of the "The Wanted" operation, the extradition from Italy to Albania of citizen EC, alias E. Gj, 32 years old, was finalized.

Citizen EC, alias E. Gj, was declared internationally wanted, after in April 2025, the Special Court of First Instance for Corruption and Organized Crime in Tirana had imposed the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense "Exercising illegal influence over persons exercising public functions".

At the end of the procedures at the Rinas Police Station, citizen EC, alias E. Gj, was handed over to the General Directorate of Prisons./ CNA
