The court of Korça has left the citizen with the initials Sh.Ç in prison after the latter injured his minor son with a knife, after arguments about not going to school.

The decision was taken today by the black squads of Korça, who described as legal the arrest in flagrante delicto and the appointment of the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the citizen Sh.Ç, suspected of committing the criminal offense "Violence in the family.

"In the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Korçë, a session was held today on 03.11.2024 at 11:00 a.m. with the object: "Validation of arrest in flagrante delicto, appointment of security measures", against the citizen Sh.Ç suspected of committing criminal offense "Domestic violence", provided by article 130/a/1 of the Criminal Code, where the court finally decided: Acceptance of the request. Validating as legal the arrest in flagrante delicto and setting the security measure "Arrest in prison" for this citizen", the announcement states. / CNA
