The murder in Shkodër/ One of the victims, Ibrahim Liçi's brother

Shkodra has been shocked by the murder in Shkodra, where one victim and one injured were a married couple, bystanders.

The other two were traveling by car and exchanged fire with the perpetrators.

One of them has been identified as Hamza Liçi, the son of the former DP councilor in Shkodra, Mustafa Liçi and the brother of Ibrahim Liçi, the latter person known in the Shkodra area for his criminal past.

In February of this year, Ibrahim Liçi was arrested in Turkey for the murder of Endri Mustafa, but was later released.

His name is associated with sensational events that took place in the city of Shkodra. He has also been accused as the author of the murder of two brothers Ibrahim and Astrit Bilali in Shkodër, an event that happened on March 30, 2019.

At that time, his two associates, Arsen Stojku, 29 years old, and Mislim Rama, 23 years old, from Vau i Deja, were arrested, while Liçi himself was declared wanted./  CNA
