Details from the massacre in Shkodër/ The perpetrators parallel to the victims, a barrage of bullets for 70 seconds

New details have come to light from the massacre the day before in Shkodër where three people were killed and one was seriously injured.

The scene of the crime from the moment when the perpetrators started shooting at the vehicle where the victims were and the last bullet was thought to have been about 150 meters. The whole event took place around 70 seconds according to what is reported in the media.

The perpetrators were parallel to the car where Hamza Lici and Arlind Bushati were and started shooting with a barrage of bullets.

This assassination took the life of an innocent bystander woman, Flutura Basha, while her husband, also a bystander, was injured and is in critical condition.
