The Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of the Fier General Jurisdiction has registered criminal proceedings no. 652, year 2024, for the criminal offense "Murder with intent, remaining in the attempt", provided by article 76 and 22 of the Criminal Code, in charge of citizens Altin Lamçe.

From the investigation carried out in cooperation with the judicial police, it was proven that the citizen Altin Lamçe, on 05.05.2024, at around 11.30, for weak motives, hit the citizen KL with a sharp tool, causing life-threatening injuries to the latter. . The investigation showed that the defendant Altin Lamçe. has consumed the elements of the criminal offense "Deliberate murder" remaining in the attempt, provided by article 76 and 22 of the Criminal Code, committed to the detriment of the victim KL

At the end of the investigation for this criminal proceeding, the Prosecutor's Office has taken the citizen Altin Lamçe as a defendant and has sent a proceeding in charge of him for trial./ CNA
