Collision of two vehicles in Belorta/ Police: 1 victim and 4 injured

On 04.02.2024, at around 17:20, on the "Bilisht-Korçë" road axis near the village of Belorta, Korçë, the "Hyundai" type vehicle with driver KH, 23 years old, collided with the "Volkswagen" type vehicle with leading citizen EM, about 36 years old, resident in the village of Terovë.

As a result, the driver of the "Volkswagen" type vehicle, 36-year-old EM, lost his life, and 4 passengers of the other "Hyundai" type vehicle were injured, citizens BP, DP, Dh. P. and citizen AP, who are in the hospital of Korça, under the care of doctors.

Further procedural actions are being carried out with the driver of the "Hyundai" type vehicle, citizen KH.

The investigative team is working to determine the causes of the accident.
