A 25-year-old man was arrested as the suspected perpetrator after physically attacking a citizen, for weak motives.

During the physical search and in the apartment, several metal amplifiers, a knife and an electroshock device were found and seized from the 25-year-old perpetrator.

The Crime Investigation Section at the Vlora Police Station, following the investigative actions to fully clarify and document the event that occurred on 22.04.2025, in the "29 Nëntori" neighborhood, Vlora, where an unidentified person, suspected of weak motives, physically attacked citizen JK, 70 years old, resident of this neighborhood, makes it possible to identify and arrest the suspected perpetrator, citizen BD, 25 years old, resident of the "Lef Sallata" neighborhood, Vlora.

During the physical search carried out at the time of arrest, a metal punch amplifier with a knife was found on this citizen. Later, during the search of his apartment, two other punch amplifiers, a knife and an electroshock device were found and seized as material evidence.

The procedural materials were transferred to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Vlora, for further procedural actions. /CNA
