GJKKO has sentenced the former director of the State Cadastre Agency of Saranda, Laert Pasha, to 2 years in prison.
The former head of ASHK, Laert Pasha, is accused of receiving 3,000 euros as a bribe for the distribution of ownership certificates in Saranda.
He was jailed in May 2022. Pasha allegedly promised legalization to the owner of a hotel.
It was the General Director of Cadastre himself, Artan Lame, who announced the arrest of the head of the cadastre in Saranda at that time.
The former director is charged with the criminal offense "Passive corruption of persons exercising public functions". / CNA.al
