Megaoperation "Tempulli" continues, bringing to 99 the number of citizens arrested for distributing narcotics.

The police recently arrested 2 wanted persons as part of the operation.

It is about citizens JH 27 years old and KL 54 years old who have been handcuffed by the police and accused of the criminal offense of production and sale of narcotics.

" Two wanted citizens are arrested within the framework of this mega-operation, the number of detained citizens reaches 99.

Previously, during the development of this operation, 10 kg of suspected narcotic substance cannabis sativa, 3.7 kg of cocaine, 150 doses of heroin, 1 firearm, pistol, 12 vehicles, 78 mobile phones, 12 electronic scales, 3 motorcycles, 30,000 euros, were seized. 6,000 pounds, 4,500,000 lek and 12 license plates.

The services of the Narcotics Investigation Section, following the nationwide police mega-operation coded "Tempulli", based on information intelligence, for the location of the two citizens declared wanted within this mega-operation, have intensified controls for their capture and placement before legal liability.

As a result, the following citizens were arrested and imprisoned:

JH, 27 years old and KL, 54 years old, both residents of Tirana.

These citizens were declared wanted after the Court of First Instance of the General Jurisdiction of Tirana assigned the security measure "Arrest in prison" for the criminal offense "Production and sale of narcotics".  

Work continues to locate and capture other citizens declared wanted within this mega-operation," the police announced./ CNA
