The police arrested the citizen E. Ç., 27 years old, after he was accused of having benefited from significant sums of money from various citizens, deceiving them with the promise that he would provide them with ownership certificates.

The 27-year-old, a resident of Korça, during the period June-October 2022, used his job position in a private consulting office in the field of ownership.
