Vacating public spaces/Checks at the beach of Vila Bashtova, 52-year-old man

Controls continue on the coastline, following the police operation codenamed "Free Beach", with the aim of freeing up public spaces.        

A space on the beach of Vilë Bashtovës, which was illegally occupied, is being freed up.      

69 sets of umbrellas and sun loungers are seized.      

1 citizen is being prosecuted.

 The services of the Kavaja Police Commissariat, within the framework of the "Free Beach" operation plan, have continued controls along the entire coastline, with the aim of freeing up public spaces that are occupied without the relevant permit by entities on the coast, by placing umbrellas and sun loungers.          

During the checks, in a public space on the beach of Vila Bashtova, 69 sets of umbrellas and sun loungers were removed and seized, which had been illegally placed by citizen AA.   

Following the actions, the materials were referred to the Prosecutor's Office where proceedings were initiated against citizen AA, 52 years old, resident of Rrogozhina./CNA
