Villas and luxury cars/ The assets of the 45-year-old with two names are seized

The Section for the Investigation of Economic and Financial Crimes, in cooperation with the Agency for the Administration of Seized and Confiscated Assets, at the Ministry of Interior, within the framework of a property proceeding conducted under the direction of the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra, has seized the assets of citizen KB, alias SB, and his family members, suspected of participating in a group involved in drug trafficking activities. Specifically, the following were seized:

-Local bar-cafe and four-story hotel, in the "18 shtatori" neighborhood, Gjirokastër;

-Property of the type two-story building + attic, with an area of ??393.3 m2, with a construction area of ??131.1 m2, in the village of Valare, Gjirokastër; 

-Property of the type two-story building with a building area of ??235 m2, in the village of Valare, Gjirokastër;

-Property of the type of land (car service), with a surface area of ??1216 m2, with a construction surface area of ??276 m2, in the "Grehot" neighborhood, Gjirokastër;

-Property of the building type (premises) with a surface area of ??30 m2, in the "Grehot" neighborhood, Gjirokastër;

-1 vehicle type "Audi Q7".

Eight vehicles owned by the 45-year-old and his family members have also been seized. Efforts are underway to locate them.

The procedural materials were passed to the Prosecutor's Office at the First Instance Court of General Jurisdiction in Gjirokastra, for further action./ CNA
