The services of Police Commissariat No. 4, based on information obtained on the operational route about 2 citizens who were traveling with firearms in a vehicle, have organized and finalized the police operation codenamed "Focus", as a result of which a case of illegal possession of weapons was cracked.

During the operation, at the Babrroi bridge, the Police services stopped the vehicle with the driver, citizen FB, and the passenger EM. During the search of the vehicle, in the passenger door, a firearm, a pistol with combat ammunition, was found, which was suspected to be in the possession of citizen EM. The firearm was seized as material evidence, along with the vehicle.

Following the actions in the case, citizen EM, 31 years old, was arrested for the criminal offense of "Unauthorized possession and production of weapons, explosive weapons and ammunition", and criminal proceedings were initiated against citizen FB, 27 years old, for the criminal offense of "Failure to report a crime", both residents of Tirana./ CNA
