Other details continue to come to light regarding the container of bananas, where Cocaine is suspected to have been trafficked.

It is known that the container from Colombia arrived at the port of Durrës on July 8, 2022, while before that it made three stops from Colombia to Spain, Italy and then to Durrës.

Meanwhile, no one appeared to pull the container.

When it was presented to the company's employees for the withdrawal of the banana container, it was noticed that the container was open and 49 crates of bananas were missing.

The police and the Durrës prosecutor's office suspect that the container was tampered with in the port.

Për këtë arsye janë ndaluar të gjithë ata policë të forcës portuale të sigurisë, rreth 16 punonjës që kanë qenë me shërbim gjatë turnit të ditës dhe natës.

Kujtojmë këtu se ishte Task Forca permanente e përbashkët, e përbërë nga Policia Kufitare e Portit të Durrësit, Policia Kriminale e DVP Durrës dhe nga Autoritetet Doganore të Portit, që konstatoi një kontejner të paplumbosur të ngarkuar me banane.
