Awaiting the next trial at the Constitutional Court, Izet Haxhia, who is serving his sentence in Reçit Prison, has been informed that on Saturday he will be transferred to Rrogozhina Prison. The news was confirmed by his lawyer, Idajet Beqiri. According to him, the life of Izet Haxhi in this prison is in danger.

The lawyer states that, before being transferred to Reçit Prison, Izet Haxhia has proven with evidence that his life was in danger in Rrogozhina, Peqin, Burrel and that then the authorities of the General Directorate of Prisons took him to Reçit Prison. Beqiri appeals to the General Director of Prisons and the Minister of Justice Ulusi Manja to prevent a crime that has been warned./CNA
