Gjin Guri, the injured in Dukagjin, has come to the defense of his cousin, Gjovalin Guri, saying that he is not the author of the serious incident where his father was killed and he himself was seriously injured.

He has asked the police to find the real perpetrators of his father's murder and not to accuse his uncle's son who, according to him, has nothing to do with the serious incident that happened on September 27 in the Shosh-Kir axis in Dukagjin.

In an interview for the media, he also narrated moments from the event. Gjin Guri has stated that while he was coming with his father from Shoshi in the direction of Shkodra, he was shot with a machine gun by at least two people.
