Henrik Hoxha, described as a close person of Nuredin Duman, asked the court today to restore his status as an associate of justice.

Hoxha said that he has shown events and details of the crimes more than any other collaborator.

He claimed that the decision to remove the status as an associate of justice is unfair.

But the decision of GJKKO to remove this status came because Duman's right wing had not confessed to some events in which it was the author or collaborator. Thus, he no longer benefits from the reduced sentence.

Some of his previous statements were inconsistent with those of Nuredin Duman, while today he has changed one of the testimonies.

For the murder of businessman Lulzim Masha, Hoxha had confessed that the order was the much-wanted justice, Eldi Dizdari, while today he declared that he did not know on whose account Nuredin Dumani had received this order.

The preliminary hearing for the defendants with the 16 members of the criminal groups was postponed until next Friday.

The reason was the request of the lawyers, who said they want time to familiarize themselves with the acts./ CNA
