The investigative structures of the DVP Durrës, in cooperation with the police stations Durrës, Shijak and Krujë, in implementation of the tasks defined within the nationwide operational plan coded "Fijet", initiated by the General Directorate of the State Police, as well as with the support of information intelligence, for the unauthorized placement of some cameras, in some neighborhoods of the cities in the Durrës district, with the aim of providing information, for criminal purposes, as well as to monitor the movements of the Police, have organized the work for the identification and dismantling of these cameras, the identification of their owners, as well as for the full legal documentation of the purpose of use.

-Gjatë fazës së katërt të këtij plani operacional, në Durrës, në lagjet nr. 6 dhe nr. 17, janë çmontuar 11 kamera, si dhe janë në hetim, shtetasit D. K. dhe P. D. (aktualisht i shpallur në kërkim për një vepër tjetër penale).

-Plani operacional ka vijuar në Shijak dhe nga kontrolli i ushtruar në qendrat urbane të kësaj bashkie, bazuar në planin e masave të iniciuar nga Drejtoria e Përgjithshme e Policisë së Shtetit, u çmontuan dhe u sekuestruan 18 kamera të vendosura në lagjen e "Keçeve" dhe në lagjet "Popullore", "Kodër Sukth" dhe "Partizani".

Në vijim të veprimeve procedurale për këto raste, janë në hetim shtetasit J. K., A. B., A. A., Xh. V., A. M. dhe S. Gj.
