The Special Operational Forces in DVP Dibër in cooperation with the services of the Bulqiza Police Station, following the work for the capture of wanted persons, based on the information provided through information intelligence, for the location of a wanted citizen, immediately organized work and as a result they stopped the UT citizen, 45 years old, resident in Bulqiza.

This citizen was wanted for the criminal offense "Actions that prevent the discovery of the truth", after the Court of the Judicial District of Dibër had assigned the security measure "Arrest in Prison" to this citizen.

In June 2019, in the place called "New Ring", the two brothers AT and MT (previously arrested by the Police), injured a BD citizen with firearms. As a result of in-depth investigations, it turned out that part of this conflict was also a UT citizen, who during and after the event, carried out actions preventing the discovery of the truth of this event./ CNA.al
