On Saturday evening, SD, 22 years old, was detained by the police after being found driving the vehicle without a driving license and in a drunken state.

However, the 22-year-old did not obey the police order to stop and continued moving.

Then she lost control of the vehicle and had an accident. As a result of the accident, the passenger EQ, 25 years old, was injured and his life is not in danger.

"SD, 22 years old, resident in Tirana, since on 27.05.2023, around 11:50 p.m., he was found by the Police services, driving the vehicle without a driving license and in a drunken state.
