New details have emerged from the serious event in Tirana, where a 3-year-old minor died after having a tooth removed in a private clinic. 

According to the minor's family members, he was given total anesthesia and after the completion of all procedures, the parents took the child and left for the apartment. But after a few hours, the 3-year-old felt bad.

The parents immediately called the clinic, where no one answered the phone, and then the minor was urgently transported to the Pediatric Department of the State Medical University.

The child's condition has worsened. He spent two days in intensive care and then passed away.

For the serious incident, the police have started investigations for the doctor with the initials R.Xh. 

 

"Specialists for Investigating Crimes of the Police Station No. 4 have referred the materials to the Prosecutor's Office at the Court of First Instance of General Jurisdiction in Tirana, for the citizen R. Xh., 70 years old, resident in Tirana, for the criminal offense of "Negligent medicine", after the citizen BS filed a complaint against the citizen R Xh. carelessly treated the 3-year-old son of a BS citizen in his private clinic, who after the treatment in this clinic developed complications and after 3 days, he died in the hospital," said the police announcement.
