The judge of Tirana, Arnisa Kelliçi, has proven to have exercised physical violence on her husband, Klejd Kelliçi. Currently, Judge Kelliçi is under "suspended" status by decision of the Supreme Judicial Council (SJC), as the Durrës prosecutor's office charged her with the charge of "False accusation" and "Forgery of documents", creating evidence false charges against the prosecutor of Tirana, Adriano Dyrmishisht.

The event was recorded at midnight on August 28, 2024 on "Reshit Çollaku" street in Tirana, where the police forces of police station No. 3 were engaged in preventing the escalation of a crime in the Kelliçi family.

This is because citizen Klajd Kelliçi, the husband of the Tirana judge, Arnisa Kelliçi, appeared at the police station at midnight.

The guard officer at the commissary was surprised when he heard from Klejd Kellici that his wife, a judge, had raped him, so he demanded that he file a complaint against her and obtain a protection order, so that she would leave him alone.

The HM officer administered the report of Klejd Kelliçi in record time, who claimed that his wife beat him and disturbed the children, whom he sent away from his house to his aunt.

In his report, Klejd Kelliçi declares to the officer that:

"...I appeared at Police Station No. 3 to report the fact that I have been married to Arnisa Këllici for 12 years. Recently, the lady in question has started drinking and does not have correct behavior in the family. As a result of drinking, we had constant fights and this citizen claims that I want to take her away from the children, but I do this because the children are worried. She has been acting this way for some time and today I took the children, after I was at my aunt's and at 00:00, she came to my aunt's house drunk and I was forced to take the children and go home...".

Furthermore, Klejd Kelliçi, the judge's husband, asks the police that he does not want to prosecute the case of domestic violence by his wife Kelliçi, but wants to be provided with a protection order.

"...today around 01:00 the woman called the police on the pretext that I wanted to rape her, but it is not true at all. I was also about 1 month ago for a protection order, but I withdrew it after we thought to calm things down, but this is something that has not happened. I want to emphasize that I do not want to prosecute this report, but I am asking the State Police for a protection order...", Klejd Kelliçi stated.

In order not to lament the circumstances of this report made by the judge's husband, the officers of police station No. 3 called for not to cry by taking a statement from the reported judge for "domestic violence".

Gjatë dhënies së dëshmisë Arnisa Këlliçi, ka shtangur punonjësin e policisë duke i thënë se gjerat janë acaruar me burrin, pasi ai i ka thënë që fëmijën R…, nuk e ka bërë me atë por me person tjetër, duke e akuzuar se ka pasur një lidhje jashtë martesore me një ish-gjyqtar të Gjykatës së Tiranës, A.M.

“…dua të them se bashkeshorti im ka pretendime, se fëmija nuk është i tij. Për shkak të kësaj arsye, kanë filluar dhe tensionet në shtëpinë tonë. Burri ka ushtruar dhunë psikologjike dhe fizike ndaj meje që prej datës 20 janar 2024. Më është dashur të largohem nga Republika e Shqipërisë prej dhunës së tij dhe jam larguar në datën 7 shkurt 2024 për shkak të dhunës së bashkëshortit, pas publikimit të disa lajmeve mediatike në lidhje me një lidhjen time me një ish-gjyqtar. (Në fakt ikja e Arnisës në SHBA ndodhi pasi prokuroria e Tiranës zbuloi skandalin e gjoja kërcënimit të Këlliçit me letër nga burgu i Fushë-Krujës). Jam kthyer në Shqipëri në 19 prill 2024 me idenë për ta përmisuar situatën familjare, por kjo gjë ka dështuar. Që kur jam kthyer në shtëpi, jam shantazhuar vazhdimisht në sy të fëmijëve dhe jam pyetur gjithmonë nëse kam pasur një lidhje me gjyqtarin A.M. E kam mohuar pasi nuk ka qënë e vërtetë dhe në lidhje me këtë gjë, ka krijuar kontradita në vijimësi. Kërkoj dhe urdhër mbrojtje për vete dhe për fëmijët dhe mbrojtje paraprake përpara se të shprehet gjykata…”,-ka dëshmuar gjyqtarja, Arnisa Këlliçi.

Më tej, Arnisa ka treguar se bashkëshorti i saj Klejd Kelliçi, e ka kërcënuar pasi kishte biseduar me një mik të vetin, zotin Gert Brojka, që jeton në Itali, i cili ja ka mbush mendjen që duhet të bëjë analizat e ADN-së për fëmijët dhe fëmija jonë i vogël R…., nuk është i veti.

Pas kësaj, gjyqtarja Këlliçi tregon se burri i saj ka filluar shamatën dhe pastaj i ka thënë: “…je e përdalë…”, dhe se i është drejtuar me fjalët: “…Fëmija është i imi, un do të të vras…”.

Për t`u bindur oficerët e policisë, i kanë bërë Arnisa Kelliçit, një kçyrje të jashtme dhe nga kqyrja nuk janë vërejtur dëmtime.

Ndërkohë, gjyqtarja kishte inskenuar brenda shtëpisë së saj, sikur burri Kejd Këlliçi, ka dashur ta vrasë me thikën e guzhinës së shtëpisë, gjë e cila nuk është e pavërtetë.

I pyetur për këtë moment Klejdi Kelliçi, pretendon se zonja, e ka vendosur thikën vetë, të cilet kishin pretendime per thiken, e cila eshte marre nga patrulla dhe eshte bere shoqerimi i dy paleve ne komisarjat.

Në dokumentat e siguruar nga gazetari i “Ora News”, Elton Qyno jepet dhe një tablo e raportit të Shërbimit të Punonjësve të policisë Tiranë, për këtë ngjarje.

Në raport-shërbimin thuhet se:

We spoke on the phone with Mrs. Arnisa Kelliçi and she told you that her husband, Klejd Kelliçi, threatened her with words, I will kill her, as well as with a household knife with a zi, who was in an armchair at the entrance to the door. This knife was taken as material evidence and together with the husband and wife the police forces went to the premises of police station No. 3 in Tirana...".

The police have requested the technical expertise of the knife seized in the house of the Kelliçi couple.

Meanwhile, after giving explanations until the late hours of the night of August 28, 2024, judge Arnisa Kelliçi left the premises of police station No. 3 in the direction of home.

But surprisingly, on the morning of the same day, August 28, 2024, at 09:00, the judge, Arnisa Kelliçi, appeared at the police station and explained that:

"...on August 28, 2024 at 2:45 a.m. I filed a report at the police station regarding an incident of domestic violence with my husband, Kledi Kelliçi. After leaving the police station, I went home and found neither my husband nor my child at home. Worried about this fact, I called my husband several times and he did not answer me. I also received his thesis, Zana Stathi, and she did not answer me. Found, in this situation I came to police station No. 3 Tirana and I explained this fact...".

But the police officer communicated on the phone with Klejdi Kelli?, where the latter told him that the child had been sleeping at his aunt's house and will immediately be sent to their house, where the child's mother, Arnisa Kelliçi was not aware.

After the judge, Arnisa Kelliçi, was made aware of the fact that her child R... was at her husband's aunt's house and that he would immediately go to her house, the judge did not decide to continue the second complaint against the husband. not requesting further follow-up of this case for the adoption of the child.
